Over 300 guests flocked to the Bellevue Palace in Bern on Friday morning for the Asset Management Day 2024, the Swiss asset management industry's most important event of the year. Ambassador Rita Adam, Head of Switzerland's Mission to the European Union, Andréa Maechler, Deputy General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), Renaud de Planta, Senior Managing Partner of the Pictet Group, and Oliver Zimmer, historian and Research Director at the Centre for Research in Economics, Management and the Arts, gave speeches on the theme of the event: ‘Navigating the Financial Horizon: Swiss Asset Management in a Dynamic Global Landscape’.
